みなさん、こんにちは。
僕は今、山梨県に来ています。
これから流しそうめんを食べたいと思います。
その様子を動画でお届けしたいと思います。
同時に、この動画が日本語のお勉強の役に立ったらすごく嬉しいです。
流しそうめんは日本の夏の風物詩です。
涼しさを感じるレジャーとして親しまれています。
今日は妹と食べに来ています。
この流れている冷水にそうめんを流します。
テーブルの上に、おつゆ・お箸・おしぼり・薬味・お冷やなどが置かれました。
そうめんはおつゆや薬味をつけて食べます。
しばらくすると、注文したきゅうりの一本漬けや、そうめん、天ぷらが届きました。
さっそくそうめんを水に流したいと思います。
妹がそうめんを水の中に入れてくれています。
流れているそうめんをさっそく箸で掴んでいただきたいと思います。
めんつゆにつけて食べたいと思います。
めんつゆはかつおなどからだしをとっているおつゆです。
そうめんをすすって食べます。
すするという言葉は、麺を食べる時に使われる言葉で、ラーメンをすするという使い方をすることができます。
そうめんが時計回りに回っています。
時計の針が回る方向と同じなので、時計回りと言います。
反対の場合は反時計回りと言います。
これは右から順に、わさび・大葉・ネギ・もやしの和え物です。
そうめんの薬味の定番は、
ネギ・おろし生姜・みょうが・大葉・白ごま・刻み海苔などです。
きゅうりの一本漬けも日本の夏の風物詩です。
お祭りの屋台などでよく出されています。
そうめんや、そば、うどんには天ぷらがよく合うみたいで、
日本人はそれらを食べるときは天ぷらを一緒に食べます。
天ぷらも日本に来たらぜひ食べてみてくださいね。
あっという間に完食しました。
美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
山梨に来たらぜひ食べたいのが、桃やぶどうなどの果物です。
例えば、妹は桃が丸ごと1個のったパフェを食べていました。
山梨県ではこのように果物が使われたスイーツを食べることができるお店がたくさんあります。
とても美味しいので、山梨県に来たら、
ぜひ地元の新鮮な果物を使ったスイーツを食べてみてくださいね。
ちなみに帰りは土砂降りの雨でした。
