みなさん、こんにちは。僕は今、業務スーパーへ買い物に行っています。そこで今回の動画では、業務スーパーで買ったものをみなさんに紹介したいと思います。同時に、この動画が日本語のお勉強の役に立ったら、すごく嬉しいです。
業務スーパーでの買い物が終わり、家に帰ってきました。このリュックの中に買ったものが入っています。
まずは卵2パックです。1パックで227円なので、合計で454円です。卵が10個入っている1パックで、300円を切ると安い方です。この卵はミックス卵なので、いろんなサイズの卵が入っています。
お次はコーンです。カーネルコーンと書いてあります。このコーンは芯から外されたコーンが入っているので、そのまま使うことができます。料理の手間を省くことができるので、すごく楽ちんです。内容量は500gです。税抜き178円です。
次は冷凍ほうれん草です。ほうれん草は軽く湯がいて下処理する必要がありますが、このほうれん草はあらかじめ軽く湯通しされているので、その必要がありません。その上カットされているので、そのまま使うことができ、料理の手間が省けて、すごく楽ちんです。税抜き178円です。
次は冷凍ブロッコリーです。このブロッコリーも食べやすいサイズにカットされているので、電子レンジで加熱すれば、そのまま食べることができて、めちゃくちゃ楽です。業務スーパーの冷凍野菜は、料理の手間が省ける上に、他のスーパーの新鮮な野菜よりも安く買うことができるので、とてもおすすめです。値段は税抜き178円です。
次は冷凍されたむき枝豆です。この枝豆も皮からむかれた豆が入っているので、そのまま使うことができます。本来なら枝豆は少し茹でてから、さらに皮をむく必要がありますが、これは必要ありません。税抜きで238円です。
お次はかぼちゃです。この冷凍かぼちゃも食べやすいサイズにカットされていて、種も取り除かれているので、そのまま料理に使うことができます。僕はかぼちゃが好きなので、小腹が空いた時に、冷凍庫から取り出して、そのままパクッと食べています。税抜きで178円です。
次は冷凍みかんです。このみかんも皮が剥かれていて、そのまま食べることができます。みかんは酸味があるので、夏に食べるとすごくおいしいです。夏に食べるときは、冷凍されたまま食べるのがおすすめです。税抜きで198円です。
次は木綿豆腐です。300g入っていて、1パック税抜き40円です。なので2パックで80円です。豆腐には大きく木綿豆腐と絹豆腐に分けることができて、僕は木綿豆腐の方が好みです。
次は納豆です。1パック45gで3パック入っています。値段は税抜きで48円です。タレとからしがついていない分、少し安くなっています。僕は納豆を毎日食べています。
最後にオートミールです。税抜きで448円で、1kg入っています。オートミールは食物繊維が豊富で、GI値も低めなので、糖質源としてよく食べています。腹持ちもいいので、すごくおすすめです。
最後に僕が買ったものと、その値段を一覧にしたものを載せます。日本で買い物をするときに、参考にしてくれたら、すごく嬉しいです。
