みなさん、こんにちは。
今日は箸の使い方について、持ち方や練習方法、マナーについて紹介したいと思います。同時に、この動画が日本語のお勉強の役に立ったらすごく嬉しいです。
まずは、箸の正しい位置について説明したいと思います。
まず大切なことは、箸先を揃えることです。箸先を揃えないと、食べ物をうまくつかむことができません。
箸を持つ位置は、上から3分の1あたりのところを持ちます。
次は、下の箸の持ち方です。親指の付け根あたりに箸を置きます。そしたら、薬指の横で箸を支えるように持ちます。一つ大事なことは、下の箸は動かさないことです。
次は、上の箸の持ち方です。上の箸は親指・人差し指・中指で支えて、ペンと同じように持ちます。そしたら、あとは上の箸だけ動かすことで、食べ物をつかむことができます。
次は、よくある間違いを紹介します。
一つ目は、力を入れすぎることです。力を入れると、箸先が合わずに交差してしまいます。
二つ目は、下の箸も動かしてしまうことです。下の箸は、支えるように固定します。
このように、力を入れすぎず、箸先だけが合うように、上の箸を動かします。
次は、簡単な練習方法を紹介します。
このように、丸めたティッシュを箸でつかみます。丸めたティッシュは、力のコントロールがうまくできなくてもつかむことができるので、最初の練習におすすめです。
慣れてきたら、小豆などの豆をつかむ練習もあります。この練習は、箸先だけを合わせる感覚を身につけることができます。
箸先を合わせずに掴もうとすると、このように、うまく豆を掴むことができません。
このように、箸先をきちんと揃えることで食べ物を掴むことができます。
このように、箸を交差させて、食べ物を掴むことも、間違った例の一つです。
次は、箸の使い方のマナーについて説明します。
このように、箸を食べ物に突き刺すようにして食べるのは、行儀が悪いとされています。
他にも、お箸で物や人を指すようにして使うことも、マナー違反だとされています。
他にも、箸と箸で食べ物を渡すのも、お行儀が悪いとされています。
最後に、箸の置き方は、ご飯に突き刺すようにしておくのはマナー違反で、テーブルの上に箸置きを使っておくのが一般的です。
