Service Overview

  • Service: Japanese Conversation Lesson (30 min, Zoom 1-on-1)
  • Price: ¥1,500 (tax included)
  • Payment method: Credit card (Stripe)
  • Payment timing: Required in advance after your lesson time is confirmed
  • Service delivery: Lesson takes place via Zoom at the agreed time after payment is completed

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 24+ hours before → full refund or reschedule (your choice)
  • Cancel within 24 hours → no refund, no reschedule
  • No-show (no contact) → no refund
  • Ren cancels → full refund or reschedule (your choice)
  • Technical failure (10+ min connection issue) → full refund or reschedule (your choice)
  • Reschedule: up to 1 time per booking
